Beverage producers - wineries, distillers, brewers - face a market-entry challenge most cannot afford to solve consultatively. The Hydra Consulting team had spent years inside that consulting practice - coaching producers, writing strategies, training teams. They saw that the bottleneck was not insight but distribution: there was no scalable way to put the consulting capability in front of every producer.
THE APPROACH
